All Sleeked. orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.

Jamaican deliveries are made between 12 PM and 3 PM from Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Free shipping is available for the following Sleeked. subscription boxes:

In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Sleeked. store at Eight Rivers Plaza, Ocho Rios. After placing your Sleeked. order and selecting Eight Rivers Plaza at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our store pickup hours are from 9 AM to 3 PM from Monday to Thursday. Please have your order confirmation email and your government-issued ID with you when you arrive.
International Shipping
Sleeked. offers international shipping to the following countries:
USA, CANADA & the UK
Shipping is currently unavailable for countries in the Middle East, Africa, Europe (Excepting the UK), Australia and Central America.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sleeked. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How Do I Check My Sleeked. Order Status?
When your Sleeked. order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your Sleeked. order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sleekedbrand.com with your name and order number. We will look into it for you.
Include a link for customers to track their order if available.
RETURNS, CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We do not accept returns and refunds. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sleekedbrand.com. In your email, be sure to share your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. While these issues are addressed on a case-by-case basis, we will work towards a satisfactory solution.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 2-3 days from the date on which you received your order confirmation email. Orders that have been shipped CANNOT be canceled. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:
